There seems to be energy missing in the mids that leads to some vocals sounding a bit recessed and just off. The E5000 is far smaller with a more narrow “L” shaped stainless steel housing, and finds support simply by sticking into a listener's ear canal. This powerful low end that manages to sit so cleanly in an otherwise lightweight balance brings to mind Sennheiser’s IE600, and I don’t think it’s unfair to say that Final Audio’s A5000 seems like a worthy economic alternative.

Starting with fit, the Final Audio A5000 and MoonDrop Blessing 3 both offer exceptional comfort, but take opposite approaches.The first highs test song I’ll be using is Dream Theater’s “The Alien,” which I use to test and see if the cymbals/high-hats/snare can be clearly heard and distinguished from the rest of the music.

There’s a pronounced, delightful tilt in favor of warm and bassy notes, and Final’s greatest achievement with the E5000s is in delivering that without overwhelming the mids and treble. The occasional cough from the gallery is so organic and natural that I raise my head to look around me in my otherwise empty room.I suggest you guys to pair this iem with DAC OR DAP to unlock the full potential of the A5000 because it's a little bit power hungry. Both come with ear hooks, and while I didn't necessarily need them for either, it was a welcome option to have available, particularly for the tiny E5000.

With a soft and supple covering material in consideration of touch noise, it bends flexibly even when using ear hooks, achieving a perfect fit. The engineers at Final have newly designed the driver parts such as diaphragms, voice coils, magnets, magnetic circuits, and adhesives and developed the 6mmφ dynamic driver unit "f-Core DU" for the A5000. Imaging is soo good that you can actually pin point the exact direction of where the sound is coming. In addition, the adjacent sizes have different axis colors (the gray axis alternates between dark gray and light gray, and the red axis alternates between red and pink), making it easy to distinguish sizes. The driver front is made out of brass instead of aluminum to reduce magnetic force and the voice coil uses the least amount of adhesive possible.
The Blessing 3 is the flashiest iteration of the MoonDrop Blessing yet, with its cutesy, pixelated “MoonDrop Blessing 3” font sitting on its glossy, machined steel face plate. Every time you reach for earphone/IEM cables to connect them to your earphones/IEM, no matter how neatly you "wrapped" them up, they end up in a giant Gordian knot of frustration. We also see the transparent medical-grade resin featured in plenty of other MoonDrop designs composing the housing, leaving the internal working of the IEM entirely visible. It’s housing is opaque, and composed of ABS resin with a special “shibo” finish like the A3000 and A4000.

Final does an amazing job of drawing out an enveloping, 360-degree soundstage from these tiny buds, and the imaging of sounds within that space is precise.The material of the driver front housing is brass, which is less affected by magnetic force and has a higher specific gravity than general aluminum. EARPIECES FOR THE ULTIMATE COMFORTTwo types of silicone materials with different hardness are used for the sound conduit part and the part that touches the ear. The A5000 is the one for me as I usually prefer balances that are light on the low mids and heavy on the treble; those who prefer bright and revealing sound signatures will likely share my opinion when comparing these two units. I very much agree with that, though I have to add that it doesn’t mean the tuning is flat or neutral.
