About this deal

One of the best books written in recent times is Ar-Raheeq Al-Makhtum (The Sealed Nectar) by Safiur Rahman Mubarakpuri (6 June 1942 – 1 December 2006), an Indian scholar.

There are so many books of Seerah for the children that these are the stories that our children should be raised upon. Another difficulty is that you often do not see the reference mentioned explicitly. So Allah does not say the word Uhud. So we need to know that Surah Al-Imran was revealed for Uhud, and Surah Anfal was revealed for Badr. Discrepancies compared to non-Muslim sources. But there are also similarities and agreements both in information specific to Muhammad, [15] and concerning Muslim tradition at large. [16] [11]It also has been said that the Prophet Muhammad would be up in prayer even in the middle of the night. One such story was when the Prophet’s wife found him sobbing in prayer, teaching us all the power of appealing to Allah for pardon. Related Questions What are the main teachings of Prophet Muhammad? So by studying the Seerah, we study the stories of Abu Bakr, Umar, Anas, Jabir, Saad ibn Muadh, Talha, and Zubayr(RA), and our iman goes up. These were legendary people. They inspire us with their sacrifices, struggles, perseverance, and patience. Every one of them is a role model for us. Whoever calls people to right guidance will have a reward like that of those who follow him..." - Sahih Muslim, Hadith 2674 We have many narrations that describe the physical features of our Prophet PBUH. It is reported in al-Tabarani's (الطبراني) al-Mu'jam al-Kabir (المعجم الكبير) Before I further delve into the importance of learning Seerah, we need to first know what does the term ‘Seerah’ mean. It generally means biography. So, Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) or al-Seerah al-Nabawiyyah means biography (life) of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Hadith is a collection of traditions comprising the prophet Muhammad’s sayings, which, along with descriptions of his everyday life, serve as the primary source of guidance for Muslims aside from the Quran. So the first person to be resurrected and the first person to understand will be our Prophet (ﷺ). So he is saying, I am al-Hashir, the one that is signaling the Hashr. By his coming, He is signaling the coming of the day of Judgment, and by his resurrection on the Day of Judgment, he will be the one after whom everybody else will be resurrected. Duha is the breaking of the light. It signifies a new day, and light is coming. Allah is telling him to be patient. What is going to happen is better than what you are having now. It is the beginning of the day. The dawn is coming, and the sun is rising. So by studying the life and times of the Prophet (ﷺ), we see his miracle. We see the fact that Allah SWT sent him.Indeed, in the Messenger of Allah you have an excellent example for whoever has hope in Allah and the Last Day, and remembers Allah often.” [Sura Al-Ahzab, 33: 21] The third name that he (ﷺ) mentions is Al-Maahee. He (ﷺ) explained it himself. Al-Maahee is the one through whom Allah effaces or wipes out Kufr. Maha means to wipe out. So through the Prophet (SAW), Allah will wipe out Kufr. We see this occurring in his lifetime, that the Arabian Peninsula was immersed in Kufr, and in his own lifetime, the entire Peninsula was immersed in Islam. Within 20-30 years, major bastions of Kufr were converted to Islam and have been in Islam ever since.
