About this deal

SpinFit claim their double-flange tip to offer ‘triple-flange’ isolation. However, Etymotic’s triple-flange eartips generally offered superior levels of noise isolation when compared to SpinFit’s model. With that said, the SpinFit double flange tip was far superior in comfort and it was surprisingly unobtrusive in prolonged listening sessions. With the easy 360 o rotation, the SpinFit ear tips were perhaps the easiest silicone eartips to install and remove from any in-ear monitor nozzle.

They’re quite comfortable and in fact I find them to be slightly more comfortable than the CP100, because they fit more snugly in my ears. They’re the closest equivalent I have found among silicone tips to the sensation foam eartips give me: that my ear canal is sealed by something that fits snugly in it while respecting its shape and boundaries. In other words, it doesn’t feel like something that gets inside my ears while trying to impose its presence, asking my ear canal to adapt to it, but it feels like something that fits in the canal trying to take the space in there and nothing more. It’s a weird sensation that’s very difficult to describe, but I hope I somehow gave you an idea.It is impressive the quality of refinement the SpinFit tips are able to extract from the top-end. This is likely owing to its ability to create an effective seal and direct frequencies straight towards the eardrum. Synergy & Pairing use not following the ‘User Guide’ or any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product materials. The SpinFit CP145 are much like the CP100, but they have a smaller top so they go better inside the ear. The difference is not dramatic in terms of size, but the fit is quite different. The general shape is again ogival, with a height of of 10.1 mm and a with of 13.5 mm. With an inner diameter of 4.5 mm, the CP145 can fit earphones with nozzles up to 5.5/6 mm in diameter: that means that even IEMs with larger soundports, like the Tin HiFi P2, Shanling ME500 Platinum, Fearless Audio S10 Genie or Moondrop A8 will fit correctly, though the silicone will stretch a bit. There are just three sizes: S, M and L. SpinFit is one of a small group of people making silicon ear tips. I think silicon works best as it allows for a more durable tip. They still fit in securely and create a good seal. While Comply Tips will wear down over time, SpinFit tips just keep going.

They are equivalent to the CP100 in every respect, except for sound: the new material makes treble a bit stronger overall. SpinFit CP145 The CP100 provides an easy fit on an IEM with smaller to medium sized nozzle like 64 Audio’s Universal fit offerings. CP145

SpinFit CP500

mm longer than CP-100 and CP-145, the additional length and bullet-shaped caps of the CP-155 allow deeper insertion to bring more bass and fuller vocal. Accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation, problems with electrical power, acts of third parties. Exceptional clarity with good treble extension. Soundstage is one of the biggest I have heard. Vocal presentation is forward. Can get sibilant when matched with bright earphones.

The Outlier Air V1 definitely cannot work with the CP360. As for the V2, well, it is a little loose. As a result, there is a tendency that the CP360 stays in the ears when you remove the earbuds. For that, I would not recommend using it with the CP360. However, if you insist on using, the CP360 can fit in the charging case. SpinFit CP360 ear tips with Creative Outlier Air V2 As they get the deepest inside the ears, the CP155 are also the ones I’ve found myself the least comfortable with on the first try. It takes around five minutes for the silicone to warm up and for my ears to adapt, but then it’s almost as if I wasn’t wearing them at all. Due to their shape they offer an almost perfect seal, so if the earphones you’re wearing provide any isolation at all you probably won’t hear a thing of what’s around you without needing active noise cancellation. The SpinFit CP800 were the only ones I could not try due to not having compatible earphones: they are made for super-thin nozzles like those used by Shure, Westone and Etymotic. At just 2 mm wide, the inner bore is too narrow to house earphones with 4 mm nozzles (believe me, I tried). I will update this review as soon as I lay my hands on compatible earphones, but I expect them to behave exactly like all other eartips in this list. SpinFit CP1025 Note that it is best to confer with SpinFit for specific recommendations for a particular model type as this list by no means encompasses all the brands out there. Model Eartips manufacturers can frolic as there is no real competition between them: all their products are different and there is no universal fit for any earphone/ear canal combination.

Customer reviews

Comfort levels are similar although the new material is said to be even more friendly for those with susceptibility to allergies. Overall, the CP100+ offers some welcomed improvements to the already stellar CP100 and provides even more choice for the IEM enthusiast. Comparisons The CP240 is a double flange eartip. Double flange eartips are useful for listeners who have larger ear canals and have a hard time getting a good seal. They can also provide improved isolation in general. On the CP240, the SpinFit pivot comes in between the first and second flange, to provide flexibility at the top for the second flange. The SpinFit CP1025 were made to fit the Apple AirPods Pro thanks to an included adapter. The adapter is in fact an add-on that you can ignore completely if you use other earphones, and the CP1025 work just as well. In fact I think SpinFit should market this model not just for AirPods Pro as it – surprisingly – is also the one that I found to work best with other TWS as well, even more than the CP360. Update: SpinFit has actually done so, making the CP1025 available without the adapter and as more general TWS eartips. The CP1025 have an inner diameter of 3.6 mm and an outer diameter of 12 mm, with a height of 6.7 mm. There are four sizes available: L, ML, M and S. The CP240 has a wide bore and fits comfortably on larger nozzles, but it also comes with a selection of adapters that allow it to fit snugly on smaller nozzles as well. CP360 and CP1025 The CP145 is just a hair larger than the CP100 at 4.5mm, and is otherwise nearly identical. If you primarily use IEMs with larger eartips but want some flexibility to use them with smaller nozzles, the CP145 will still fit securely on most models while being more accommodating of the wider nozzled IEMs. While the CP100 fits on the Empire Ears line of IEMs, it generally is a little tough to get on, while the CP155 and CP500 don’t provide a snug fit. The CP145 came in just in between with a perfect fit. CP155 and CP500

CP360 and CP1025 are designed for TWS earphones. CP360 is designed to provide a deeper fit, while CP1025 is more shallow. While both will fit on most TWS earphones, some charging cases may not be compatible with the CP360. CP1025 is also available with adapters for Apple AirPods Pro and Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. W1SpinFit tips offers a crisper and well-defined higher frequency range with plenty of detailing and articulacy. Compared to MandarinE’s Symbio W hybrid tips, the SpinFit offers extended highs without the harshness and sizzle that the former tips can bring forth. This can also be seen when the SpinFit tips are compared to the Shure Olives tips – there is a good level of restraint without hiding any micro-details or imagery. The midrange of the SpinFit tips does sway towards the leaner side of the spectrum with more defined transients. Compared to some of the better foam tips (True Fidelity & Campfire Audio’s Marshmallows), the SpinFit’s silicones are more neutral-orientated at the expense of the more rounded and softer impact that the former tips render.
