Gluten-free plain flour: I use Doves Farm’s FREEE gluten-free plain flour blend that you can find in the supermarket. Can’t find it in your part of the world? You can always use my homemade gluten-free plain flour blend. I wouldn’t really recommend trying this in a tin without a loose bottom, otherwise it can be very hard to remove from the tin when you want to serve it up.
