About this deal

Located at the foot of Snaefell mountain, the islands highest point, this is the perfect spot to refuel after hiking the mountain. Walking to the peak of Snaefell is one of the top things you can do on the Isle of Man, so I highly suggest you do that. Turn down the heat, cover the pot and cook for about 20 minutes till the dumplings are risen and firm. One thing we aren’t short of in the Isle of Man is Italian restaurants and takeaways. Unfortunately, not many even come close to Italian quality pizza and pasta; however, Just Pizza & Pasta are an exception.

Let’s look at what dietary survey data suggest about what men are eating in the UK, in comparison to what is recommended. Aim to eat at least 5 portions of a variety of fruit and veg each day. Does the Eatwell Guide apply to everyone?

Harbour View Bistro provides a fine dining experience in the north of the island. Their speciality is seafood, although they have a comprehensive menu that includes meat and vegetarian options. It's important to get some fat in your diet, but foods that are high in fat, salt and sugar have been placed outside of the main Eatwell Guide as they're not necessary as part of a healthy, balanced diet and most of us need to cut down on these.
