About this deal

David is serving time in prison for murder. The victim…his son Matthew. David has maintained his innocence from day one, but don’t they all? Everyone has long since moved on with their lives. Now five years into his sentence, his now (ex) sister-in-law Rachel pays him a visit. She hands David a picture of a boy in an amusement park. A boy with a striking resemblance to his deceased son Matthew! Hilde Winslow: witness who said she saw David burying Matthew. Changed her name to Harriet Winchester. This was a gripping and hard to put down book for me. I was on the edge of my seat wanting to know the truth. There were some parts where I had to suspend some disbelief and go with it which I was more than happy to do so. This was a twist filled ride and I enjoyed every second of it. Five years ago, an innocent man began a life sentence for murdering his own son. Today he found out his son is still alive.

Ryan, Maureen (April 11, 2018). "TV Review: Harlan Coben's 'Safe' on Netflix". Variety . Retrieved April 12, 2018. I Will Find You is an OTT thriller about a prison break, a case of mistaken identity, and a startling revelation. David goes to confront Hilde/Harriet, the witness whose lies got him convicted. She tells David she testified against him because of her daughter’s gambling problem. A guy with a white streak in his hair came to visit her and told her that if he testified against David he would help her daughter with her problem. David Makes a Daring Escape

There’s even more to watch.

Imprisoned for life, refusing visitors and accepting his fate. Learning to defend himself, it seems he has survived thus far. Life turns sharply when David’s sister-in-law Rachel turns up unannounced. What she has to say will spur David to emerge from his languor and fight for his son and his freedom. Coben, Harlan (November 5, 2009). "Chris Christie Confidential". The New York Times . Retrieved October 29, 2015. No surprise: Gertrude is behind all the attempts on David’s life. She and her minion Stefano (Days of Our Lives?) discuss the fact that Sumner failed them and debate what to do next. The story has similarities with one of my favorite Korean series “ Defendant” and the famous TV show/ Harrison Ford’s remake movie “Fugitive “! It hooks you up from the beginning! It captivates your heart, your soul, your mind at the same time. You cannot stop finishing. The pressure escalates at each chapter. You chant for David, screaming “ Run! Run! Run!”

The consequences are dire, but prospect of being reunited with his son is way too tempting to resist. Such an incredibly twisty story that I had to unravel as soon as possible! I can highly recommend I WILL FIND YOU to all mystery/thriller fans! You will love it!' I guess I don't listen to the external voices, but the world is different, and so you have to reflect that," he said. Riveting pacing, Coben’s usual sarcastic, entertaining tone, great characterization made you invest in this thriller. It’s pure addiction! And the jaw dropping twists, absolutely satisfying conclusion provides you one of the best reading experiences. Well, now. From the moment following David’s discovery that his son is alive, this story had me holding my breath, especially while he was still in prison. I loathe stories about prison life so I was willing to suspend any level of beliefs until he got out of there. Then it became a journey to figure out not only where Matthew is living but why was David obviously set up for a murder and who was the child in that bed. There aren’t a lot of moments to breathe as the search for David by two highly skilled FBI agents was relentless and smart. David’s also resourceful, with a little help from friends, some from strange corners. He studied political science at Amherst College, where he was a member of the Psi Upsilon fraternity, along with Dan Brown. [5] [6] Coben was in his senior year at college when he realized he wanted to write. [7] Career [ edit ] Rightly admired for his plotting, Coben pulls off some trademark twists and scores with the screwball exchanges of two FBI agents Sunday Times
