A poorly fitting helmet may not only be uncomfortable, more noisy and may move around when riding if too big or give headaches etc if it is too small, it is also dangerous. A helmet simply will not protect or perform as designed if the head inside it is not snuggly fitted against the impact absorbing material inside the shell.

Could be worth considering modifying an SPH-4 rather than an HGU/33 - they're MUCH cheaper and FAR easier to source, and my guess is you'd be less concerned about stripping it, filling, sanding, painting, etc. especially if it has a bit of damage. Some Brands have specific Medium sizes, for example Roof, which can give a very accurate fit if you are that size, for example : Another thing to bear in mind, is that a helmet in say size Medium from one Manufacturer may fit completely differently to a Medium from another Manufacturer. Therefore we would always recommend travelling to a dealer to try a number of different brands to get the perfect fit for your head shape. Sizing - Please Note : These Helmets come up on the small side, so if you are in between sizes we would suggest trying a size up. Helmet city are not responsible if the helmet does not fit. MOMO

All our Parcels have an Authority to Leave – No Signature Required (ATL) on them and they will be left near your front door if safe to do so. If the driver deems your location unsecure they will leave a calling card. Parcels left by Australia Post under their Safe Drop process will have an photo of the location where your parcel has been left. If a helmet is really pressing on your forehead this can sometimes cause a headache over time so it may be worth trying another size or brand.
