A good night’s sleep is a wonderful thing. Why? It makes us healthier, happier beings! It is the body’s opportunity to rebalance. This has kept me grounded and instilled a deep trust in the universe from a young age. I also lived in Asia for much of my childhood and so it’s no surprise that this method of energy healing which originates from Japan came very naturally to me. Yesterday, we celebrated the life of my very dear friend, Paula Yeadon-Smith. She was a brilliant, radiant, and bright woman, who touched the life of everyone she met. It is more than a year on from the spike in energy, commodity and materials prices so it is unsurprising that the annual % change in construction materials prices is now falling, and at a faster rate than in June (-2.0%), given that they are coming from a high base last Summer (when construction materials inflation peaked at 26.8%).
