I wanted to try this for a long time and it hasn't disappointed me. Great for light hydration in the morning, excellent for DIY sheet masking, and good boost for PM routine. It's great for sensitive skin and I would recommend it for all skin types and ages.

I saw review of this product online and decided to have a try myself . This toner is gentle to skin with a bit of lavender smell which I like as it’s not overpowering. After use of the product my skin feels healthy , plump . I think it even helps with some acne . Would recommend anyone to at least try it for their selves. I only use them if I notice that my skin could use a bit more hydration and this product is very nice. I don't layer my toner, so I cannot comment on that but I found this to be very hydrating. They both have similar textures and I’d say are equally hydrating. The Klairs feels more soothing and I’d recommend that if you have sensitive skin. If you want more brightening/skin smoothing benefits go with the Haruharu, but honestly both are great.

After cleansing, apply a moderate amount evenly over the face and pat lightly for better absorption.
