The smut was pretty good. I liked some scenes more than others. It’s definitely a slow burn (well as close as a slow burn Miller will get) so most of the smut was toward the end. Lenny Primrose is a character that has been hinted at throughout the series, her family and its history appearing in the first book briefly. She is the stereotypical golden child, who is put as the face of the family to profit off. However she is different from this, she has a darker side to her nature that should have been explored further. This sadistic side of her personality was swept over briefly when it should have been one of the main vocal points that brought her and Jonas together.
