I only read one book of Morpurgo's before and I was excited to read more. Even though it was not as good as 'Private Peaceful', it still has some pleasant qualities. This book is adventure fiction, I usually don’t enjoy adventure fiction but I enjoyed this book because Michael Morpurgo is an incredible author. I have loved all of Michael Morpurgo's books so I decided to try this one.
