What I advise you to use with this Phoera foundation, is to use a light facial sunscreen, as I suggested in the Phoera foundation original.

Then you can apply the foundation. I normally apply with the brush, but depending on the foundation, I might prefer one tool over the other.I normally wear one layer, but once again, try yourself and see how many layers you will feel comfortable with.
