Honestly, this is a pleasure to drink. Refreshing, (which is usually never the case with protein drinks) and enjoyable of an evening with some ice. Highly recommend. Smaller tub than normal supplements, which is better for storage and the product filled a higher percentage of tub,PhD Smart bar can be easily blended with various types of recipes, including smoothies to making a healthy drink and much more. I have been loosing a steady 2lb a week due to these smart bars. I am totally amazed l never thought l could give up the Sugar? The best tasting and textured plant-based protein that I’ve tried. I won’t buy any other now! I make it as a mousse and top with cereal/nuts and peanut butter as a dessert, or just have it on its own as a drink - for the calories vs protein intake it’s perfect.
Looking for macro-friendly indulgence?
Bought this as I often mix protein with milk and granola. Thought this would be a good alternative. However it is really no different and tastes very artificial
