About this deal

I’ll be publishing my full review of LEGO Disney 100 minifigures very soon, so keep an eye out for it, and let me know in the comments if you have any burning questions or specifics you’d like me to include in my review! Fourteen films are represented in 71038 Disney 100 Collectable Minifigures, of which Robin Hood is perhaps the least known. However, the titular outlaw is immediately recognisable and his unique head sculpt captures wonderful detail, notably including a yellow hat, with space for a red feather on top. Robin's pointed ears and fur texture each look excellent too. BH6 and Coco had a huge reception in the Western U.S. as might be expected as the settings resonate with our culture. Personally, neither one was anything on my radar. It was my kid who looped me into watching them, and I thoroughly enjoyed both. The other side is perfect for shouting "off with their heads!" and both expressions also convey the Queen of Hearts' portly figure. The minifigure carries a heart-shaped sceptre, comprising a 1x1 heart tile and a pearl gold 1x1 round plate with bar. Perhaps the flamingo piece could have reappeared here too, following its introduction with the Gardener in 2019.

Otherwise, the minifigure is near-flawless and the accessories chosen for Tiana are superb too, including a lime green frog and a printed poster for her eventual restaurant. The patrons being portrayed as minifigures is clever and I think lime green was a good colour choice for Naveen after his transformation into a frog, especially since the piece has never appeared in lime green before, surprisingly. The previous series of Disney Collectable Minifigures have certainly been enjoyable, but I think 71038 Disney 100 Collectable Minifigures surpasses them both! This selection of characters provides greater variety than before, while the individual minifigures are more advanced too. Many include dual-moulded pieces and nearly all are extremely accurate to their equivalents onscreen. Eighteen minifigures are included, so we have decided to divide our review. Part one features classic characters like Oswald and Pinocchio, alongside three Disney princesses, making their long-awaited minifigure debuts! Box Distribution

Give as a gift – These durable LEGO® Disney Minifigures can be given to kids and adults as a birthday present, holiday gift or an unexpected treat to expand their collection The minifigure features a tail with similar texture, while his arms and legs are dual-moulded to reveal Robin's fur as well. I think a darker shade of green would have been more accurate for the hero's iconic attire, although lime green stands out in combination with the dark orange fur, which was perhaps a factor in choosing this brighter shade of green. Whereas the previous Collectable Minifigure included only two arms, this version features four! These unusual arms were designed for Rio Durant in 75219 Imperial AT-Hauler, but are equally suited to Stitch. However, the character wields two yellow plasma blasters, instead of his normal armament of four. This accessory was introduced in 8683 Collectable Minifigures Series 1, but has not appeared in yellow before. I’ve got my review box of LEGO Disney 100 Minifigures from LEGO in-hand, and am currently working on my review, but in the meantime, I’m happy to confirm the contents of each box of LEGO’s 3rd Disney Minifigures series. Alongside Robin Hood is reported to be the antagonist Prince John, depicted in the movie with a cape and crown. The minifigure is rumoured to include a bag. 3 – Stitch

I don't have anything nice to say about Coco, though. It was fine, but not hugely exciting. Probably one of those "ideal for a CMF series" with some characters, but not a lot of distinctive build content from the movie that would create great sets. The Princess and the Frog’s main character has been depicted as a mini-doll before, including in 43203 Aurora, Merida and Tiana’s Enchanted Creations. A printed tile is also reported for the minifigure. 13 – Dr. Facilier Image: IMDB via Disney
