Co-founder Tom left the army in pursuit of the perfect spiced rum, and so Pull the Pin was born! To create it, a range of spices is infused as well as butterscotch, making for a warming, sweet and spicy spirit. Before it's bottled the rum is rested in oak, mellowing the spirit and adding some mature, woody notes. To get the most out of it, try sipping it over ice with a ribbon of orange peel and crystallised ginger. Life’s moments are worth celebrating - whether it's with friends or unwinding after a long day - we are here for it. The name "Pull The Pin" is indicative of the distillery's ethos — to break away from convention and unleash new possibilities. This spirit of innovation is evident in their range of rums, which are infused with unexpected ingredients to create a distinctive taste profile. Crafted with copper stills, this high-quality traditional gin is smooth and flavourful with notes of juniper, cassia and Seville orange. It's light yet flavourful on the palate, culminating in a smooth refreshing citrus finish.
