I wouldn't recommend this for industrial use as its not designed for that and does get quite warm after extensive use.

The compact and powerful (220 watts) solution for sanding and polishing work: the Bosch PEX principle with random orbit motion plus rotation ensures good quality sanding with high sanding performance even when polishing. Having since moved on to two additional colleges I’ve always made sure we did business with Tilgear. Don't get me wrong, there is some vibration, but it's enough to not make your wrist hurt when using it for long periods of time. The risk of trying to hurry things and / or applying too much downward pressure is the dreaded swirl marks that are then a real pain to get rid of.

Overall : I think if you could spend a bit more for the more advanced sander from Bosch, then it would be better in many aspects. I haven’t knocked off a star off my review, although I very easily could have done considering dust capture and even sanding speed.

I would recommend using this on larger heaftier projects with larger surface areas rather than smaller little projects. The sander is lightweight and easy to handle, making it comfortable to use for extended periods of time.The hook and loop fastening ensures fast pad changing whilst the micro filter box draws sanding dust into it and keeps it there for cleaner working.
