Originally, all polyester was made from oil-based raw materials which are not renewable but we are switching to only using recycled polyester. The good thing is that polyester can be recycled over and over, without negatively affecting the quality of our products.All these great qualities make cotton one of our most important materials, but it isn’t without its challenges, much having to do with conventional farming methods that negatively impact the environment and poor working conditions for farmers. This cotton fitted bed sheet is made for a children's mattress of 70 x 160 cm. The fitted sheet is made from 100% organic cotton with elastane - so it is stretchable - and naturally free of harmful substances. The fitted sheet stays tight around the mattress and is suitable for mattresses with a maximum height of approx. 10-12 cm. The fitted sheet is both durable and easy-care – just wash at 60°C and allow it to dry. You don’t need to iron since it will still look nice and smooth when you pull it over the mattress.

Recycled polyester makes us less dependent on oil. The amount we convert, is equal to the amount of virgin fossil fuel we eliminate from our polyester raw material (this excludes potential dyeing and other post recycled polyester production treatments). On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. The downside to virgin polyester is that it is made from oil, coal or natural gas. This means that when we use virgin polyester, we are exhausting the planet’s natural resources. Our response to this, is to replace all virgin polyester with recycled in our products.
