A spiritcan therefore be referred to as a ‘disembodied consciousness’. I/we then connect to the Soul or Souls that needs help. In practice one can send out a strong command into the space for any Soul(s) or trapped Spirit(s) that are present to come and ‘stand’ in the centre of the room where we are working.

One group releases spirit entities from places, another releases them from people. If there are multiple discarnate human entities, they will each do the same and they may conflict or compete with each other, resulting in different voices being heard coming from the host, chatting together or arguing among themselves. One of the big problems that faces many individuals is grounding themselves fully within their physical bodies. If there has been traumas in childhood there will often be a tendency to escape problems by the spirit slightly separating itself from the physical body.
