The Corsori's 8.8-quart / 6.4-litre capacity was plenty big enough to cook four portions of fries and / or three potato waffles. However, it isn't quite roomy enough to cook two different food types at the same time since it's only a single drawer basket. The maximum temperature of all but the keep warm functions is 392ºF/200ºC. This air fryer is a game changer. It handles most of the gripes people have about air frying. If you are looking for something larger that may minimize the amount of batches you are cooking, this will work well.

If counter space isn't an issue and you're looking for an air fryer with multiple functions with a spacious basket, this air fryer is a great option. I very much enjoy mine, and I use it on a day-to-day basis. The preset I used most was air fry – the Dual Blaze is an air fryer, after all – which has a temperature setting of 356ºF/180ºC and a time set for 10 minutes. I also used the frozen preset for cooking frozen fries, which was set at 392ºF/200ºC for 12 minutes.I’m not sure a lot of people will benefit from this feature. It really depends on what your goals are. I use this feature the most while working out in the evening before dinner. I like to use it for roasted vegetable side dishes, air fryer baked potatoes , and air fryer baked sweet potatoes.
