About this deal

This may involve sending your data between different countries, including countries outside the European Economic Area subject to our data transfer agreements and binding corporate rules. This is a fragrance like a cruel Arab sheikh: it has a commanding presence, but also a shadow side that can veer towards tyranny.

It initially smells ashy, but as it dries down, it kind of turns sweet and creamy while remaining very masculine. Excellent blending, interesting conceptually but for those with a more delicate nose like me potentially too robust and almost cloying.

Just to open the big gate to the sensual world of fragrance: Leather - often a counterpart to my feeling - is the forerunner to the fragrant finale! I see the creativity and uniqueness of the scent, but the fragrance is so heavy that covers all the details and beauty of the scent. They complement each other as a pair, being similar in style, despite being quite different scents - both are complex balsamic perfumes with very strong performance.

In conclusion however, if money is an issue, Shaghaf Oud is a satisfactory clone, especially once they hit the long drydown. This doesn't mean it's overly mature, but I think it's definitely a scent for those who can handle their own. few years later, and 300 perfumes later I took the fragrance back from my closet, so i gave it a full wearing guess what? But after owning Interlude Man for four years and wearing it on many occasions, I can finally confess to not liking it at all. I have seen many fragrances that keep 20%, 50%, or 80% of the character and structure of the Interlude and add other notes to create something new. As you inhale, the Frankincense makes you believe the Labdanum will take it in a sweeter direction, but the Oud keeps it grounded to a smoky burnt wood.

Its powerful, long lasting and enormous, At first when applied gives a scent that's hard to smell but after a while it starts to release its true power. I left it alone while my taste slowly went from designer mass appealing fragrances to more complex niche type scents. Yes, Interlude Man is brash and shocking, and I nearly needed a defibrillator when I first tried it.as for the "you can only wear it in X season" I will say this: decide what you want or don't want to wear in what context based off of your own experience. And if it was only this dark, dry and heavy fragrance it would be another one of those heavy duty beasts that your nose gets bored of in a few weeks. The "beastmode" bros are likely to love Interlude Man like they do Jubilation XXV (2007) for that alpha male dialed to 11 aesthetic it casts and again, if that's your vibe, good for you and all, but it's rarely me anymore.

If ever you think you need something uplifting, strong and gives you lots of compliments then do not think twice.I don’t know how Amouge manages to make some of the most beautiful bottles I’ve ever seen in a brand and make their fragrances damn near unwearable. The opoponax and olibanum in the heart are noticeable right away, merging with labdanum and amber as oddly heavy middle notes to make Interlude really thick. Smokey sweet amber with beautiful resins blended with the herbal opening makes this fragrance not only very unique but very mass appealing on my skin.
