Most workers are entitled to rest breaks but some jobs mean you don’t have an automatic legal right to breaks. The Regulations do provide for the exclusions of various rights in certain circumstances, some of which may from time to time apply. In accordance with the Working Time Regulations, the notice period to terminate an agreement should not be less than 7 days, but no more than 3 months.
