It begins with 100% blue Weber agave harvested 7,000 feet above sea level in the volcanic-rich soils of the Jalisco Highlands. Aged in ex bourbon casks for at least 5 months, its sweet aroma with a touch of smoke is sure to make your night golden. Using smaller barrels creates a more complex profile, perfectly balanced, keeping its unique tequila taste.

Award-winning Olmeca Altos is made from 100% blue agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco in Mexico. The Reposado, which is aged 6-8 months in 200 liter ex-Bourbon white-oak casks, comes off sweet, fruity and fresh on the nose, with citrus complemented by cooked Agave, vanilla and woody notes. Additionally, brick and stone ovens cook the agaves instead of industrial ovens, resulting in a Tequila that doesn’t taste like a mass-produced liquor. The growing region of Los Altos is situated 6,900 feet above sea level and has mineral rich volcanic soil—ideal for growing flavorful agave.

The agave is slow-cooked in brick ovens, distilled in copper pot stills and aged in ex-bourbon barrels, following centennial traditions for the purest expression of tequila.
