Novel ideas comprise a quite significant part of what Auryn has to say in this work. I particularly found his theories about sleep paralysis and how it relates to the astral double fascinating and unlike anything I’d ever heard. Additionally, I recorded some of the exercises for us to work through as a group and I found the wording did not flow very well giving them a clunky feel that often required a fair amount of tweaking. In my opinion the exercises are better to be read first, and interpreted for yourself with adjusted wording if you were to record or recite them for yourself or others.
