About this deal

I'm a single mum. I work part time. Would love to meet friends to go on fun days out. I have no social support so I'm going to create it myself. I have friends in other towns and friends my age who's children have grown up and we have grown apart. Hi there, I'm a single mummy to a 2 1/2 year old. I really just want to meet other mummy's who are going through the same experiences (good & bad!)

A Song Chosen Just For You - a contemporary Christian song recommendation at the end of each topic chosen carefully to speak into that particular struggle through the lyrics, to uplift you and give you a way to worship your way through to the other side. I’m a single mum of a 2.5 yr old boy. He’s absolutely wonderful, but at the weekends I would love to be able to meet up with some other single mums so we can have a bit of adult chat and our children can play together. A resource to bolster them during the nappy changing, sleep deprivation, milk feeds, laundry and endless mess. Hello mamas, my daughter and I moved to Enfield in November. We don’t really know anyone with kids round here so we’re looking for playdates. My daughter is Sophia and she is 4 years old. Xx Shir Gutentag was another mum in the group and as she tried to comfort her eight-year-old and five-year-old daughters she followed the chat for the latest updates.

New single mummy to a beautiful 3 month old baby girl! Looking to meet some mummies for coffee (or wine) in the Kirklees area. Super friendly and love lunch or brunch (or anything to do with food really) Can’t wait to meet some new girlies! Practical Pomp-free Prayers - short prayers at the end of each topic, written as conversations with God. Single mother to a very energetic 6 year old girl. The gap between my old life and new (ish) life as a mother is widening and I find myself here looking for like minded parents to connect with. In each neighbourhood of the kibbutz we heard ‘they’re here, they’re here’ so they were in each neighbourhood at the same time.’ If you're new to Mumsnet, join for free and get weekly round-ups of the top discussions, plus local news and competitions.

Maternity clothes are really difficult to buy in advance because you don't know how much weight you'll put on. Ayana is correct though, you should buy your current size if you're buying maternity clothes. Obviously, if you end up putting on quite a bit of weight then you'll need to go up a size for your maternity clothes, but think of maternity clothes as normal clothes but with space for your bump. If you're just buying bigger 'normal' clothes then you'll want to go up one or two sizes, but depending on what you're buying you'll probably find they drown you/don't fit right everywhere except your bump. If you do buy normal clothes, aim for very stretchy clothes in your size or a size above. They'll probably be your best bet but it's difficult to predict.

As the scale of the assault became clear, frustrated posts flooded the chat asking when the army was arriving – and why it wasn’t there already.

Hi, I’m a mum of an almost 3 year old called Alex and a cat. I spend my time working and looking after Alex. Currently struggling with toilet training, brushing teeth and washing hair. Although, he’s been sleeping through the night for the past four months so I can handle the rest Personally I'd recommend some over the bump maternity jeans if you normally wear jeans. I don't normally wear branded/expensive clothes but I invested in a couple of pairs of JoJo Maman Bébé over bump jeans and was so glad I did. I also bought 1 cheap pair of maternity jeans and they were constantly falling down unlike the JoJo Maman Bébé jeans. I moved into my maternity jeans somewhere between 20-24 weeks. I continued to wear all my normal tops up until 31/32 weeks. Then I bought a few 'normal' tops in the size above but only got as far as 33+2 so don't know what I'd have needed later on. I didn't need new PJs, but then I had enough loose non-maternity PJs to begin with. I'd probably try to find some super super stretchy ones in my current size if I'd needed any, or have gone up 1 size.Marianne Fernandez is a wife and mum to two school-aged kids. Little girl turned 1 in August, looking to arrange play dates with similar ages, but then a slight age gap doesn't really matter. Moved to Cornwall 2 years ago I havnt made any freinds in this time and would be nice to have someone to go out with and experience motherhood with! It can be lonely!
