Dioralyte is a fast and effective rehydration treatment to help replace the loss of fluid and body salts lost when you have diarrhoea. Dissolve contents of one Dioralyte sachet in 200ml (approximately 7 fluid ounces) of drinking water.
Remember that you need to replace the fluid you lose while you are exercising – don’t wait until you finish. The sooner you start to replace the fluid, the sooner you will recover. Dioralyte sachets contain rehydration salts consisting of sugars and salts (glucose, sodium chloride, potassium chloride and disodium hydrogen citrate). Dioralyte sachets are used to replace body fluids lost as a result of acute diarrhoea.
