Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of the shaker. Measure remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Double strain into a coupe. Nuts About You First measure all but soda directly into a highball glass. Add a few ice cubes and give it a little stir. Add more ice, top up with soda and give it a gentle stir. If you like an old school gin, you’ll love this as it’s made with heaps of juniper, the all-important botanical for gin. On first sip, there’s no escaping that charismatic peppery bite of a London Dry. Garnish with a twist of orange peel for a classic G&T or mix as a Martini. He wasn’t intentionally creating a pink drink, it’s just that after working his way through an entire fruit bowl, raspberry delivered the best flavour. From day one, we’ve always been about fresh fruit rather than fancy flavourings. The raspberries are grown locally to our rural Cambridgeshire HQ and we only produce the gin during the raspberry cropping season. Our bins hold 18-24 bottles of wine or Champagne or 2-3 cases of lager when filled with ice and water. Drinks will be chilled in 30-45 minutes and will be kept cold for several hours, especially if kept in the shade.To cap it all, both our Spritz drinks were awarded Masters medals, the highest accolade, at the Low and No Masters 2022. These prestigious awards celebrate the UK’s best reduced alcohol drinks. Whoop. There’s two fab flavours: Elderflower and Raspberry, crafted with wild elderflower foraged from East Anglian hedgerows; Hibiscus and Raspberry, infused with exotic hibiscus flowers. It all came about when founder Stephen realised wine and beer no longer agreed with him. A keen forager and maker of sloe liqueurs and other concoctions, he turned his attention to gin and started experimenting at home, mashing assorted fruits with different spirit strengths.
