The plinth along the floor doesn’t fit correctly, the dishwasher cupboard was cut too short, I could go on and on. The kitchen is solid and beautiful but I would not recommend them if you want high customer service and only if you’re willing to pay for their mistakes. Your designers designed our kitchen. So if there are extra panels surely it the responsibility of the designer / company. Not the customer! We purposely bought a glitter work top however due to being fitted incorrectly we now how absolutely no glitter on it at all, we are so disappointed.

I’ve dealt with a lady also called Claire. I have no idea how she’s in customer service she does nothing of the sort she’s very rude and needs to be looked into. The lighting was also another issue, I asked for the lights to be included of which I thought was in the price these never arrived and honestly I’ve asked my electrician to resolve it as I can’t be bothered with the stress. I was also told by my designer that I would be able to fit a 900m extractor. Fitted the extractor on and it now boiler door catches the extractor when its opened. The whole journey and experience with this company wasn't very good at all. I would suggest you spend your hard earnt cash somewhere else. Don't make the same mistake we did. The kitchen itself is beautiful but all of our appliances have had serious faults (and have even arrived broken!). We saw our dream kitchen in the range store in Kidderminster. It was on display and it was just what we were looking for.

The wrong handles were sent and so we now how holes showing as the correct handles didn’t fit in the same holes. We are always unhappy when one of our customers has a negative experience and we apologise for any distress caused.I wouldn’t recommend buying a kitchen from this company.
