About this deal

Corn syrup question: I have tried numerous times to use corn syrup to adhere sanding sugar to my pops. At first it works (being careful to use a thin layer of corn syrup), but slowly the sanding sugar always starts to slide off. :( Any hints to make it stay in place?

Soccer balls are either synthetic or natural. Natural balls are often formed from the vulcanized feet of cows or sheep. These balls are called "cowboys" or "woolen". The synthetic balls are usually made of polyurethane materials and they are called "synthetics". Both types of balls suffer from loss of air over time because of their construction. The interior of the ball becomes rigid because it is filled with hardened foam pieces. Thus, it cannot deform like a normal balloon would under pressure; instead, the ball loses air over time. Hi, Angie, my kid is sitting next to me he loves this and I often try these at home. but your recipe looks more tasty and attractive. I m gonna try it tonight. Now, let’s make some beach balls. The full instructions are at the end of this post, but first, here’s a photo play-by-play. At least, with all the nice Cake Pops Photos, that we saw, I got inspired to illustrate some, I guess something good came out of it. Thank you for sharing!

Adorable! I’ve had your book forever but must have missed this technique with the corn syrup. Great idea! Beach balls are useful for parties as they can be thrown into the air to act as balloons. This is called "beaching", and it's a popular activity at seaside resorts. these are soooo cute. i’ve been having trouble melting chocolate lately! even melting in a double boiler on the lowest heat the chocolate is still seizing. help! The directions were fantastic! I made them a week a head and froze them and they tasted just as fresh the day I made them!

What are you doing fun this summer? I’d love to know what you guys are looking forward to in your summer plans because I haven’t done anything fun yet. I’m longing for the pool and rest and adventure and rest and rest. What to do and where to go? My husband and his family have a cabin on a private lake and we like to go there. Our vacation is in 2 weeks yay! Mix 1/2 to 3/4 of a can of frosting into the cake crumbs using a large spoon. You won’t need the rest. I can’t wait to try these! Every time I bring cake pops to a function, people go crazy over them. Until now I have only done basic styles. But this looks so easy. Love the idea of using brown sugar as the sand base too. When the ball strikes the ground, the interior air compresses further and serves as a spring, resulting in delightfully bouncing balls. The difficulty is that the balls are not completely airtight, which implies that internal pressure will drop with time. This process is independent of how we interact with the balls. It simply occurs that way.The texture will be something like this. You can scoop amounts of the the cake and frosting mixture for even size balls. How do I repair a deflating ball? You have two options here: either you return it to its original state or not. If you opt for the first option, then there is no need to do anything else except wait for it to recover its form. However, if you want to keep it as a custom ball then you will need to fill the hole with some kind of filler and paint it over. They are so sweet and simple, and have such strong and graphic visual appeal. They just sing summer. And sunshine. And they make me smile. And they make me wish I was at the pool right now. P.S., if you love summer, you might like these Sunshine Cake Pops, too. Nice discussion . For what it’s worth if people a IL CAR Rider 19 , my wife came across a blank version here https://goo.gl/HTNO2i. These just scream summer! How fun. Hoping we can make it up to the lake for a few days before summer slips by. Thank you for sharing.

These look amazing. I admire your patience! I would never be able to make these but can only imagine how tedious it can be! Oh my goodness!! They are sooooo cute that I can’t think of eating them. They look very real. I can’t wait to try to make ’em. I just wanted to let you know (and I’m sure you heard it before) that you are flippin’ awesome! I absolutely LOVE these!! When you blow into a balloon, you are forcing air into it. This makes the gas inside the balloon expand, causing the balloon to become larger. When you're done, let the balloon go limp and it will return to its original size. How does blowing into a guitar affect its sound?I made my 2st cake pops yesterday for my Son’s 1st birthday from your very first book (I got it for Christmas from my sister). I LOVE all your ideas and know I’ll make cakepops all the time as I love to throw partys. I have one question though…. When I mixed the cake and frosting up, I was unable to roll the dough in my hand. It would just fall apart. I had to shape it with my fingers and lay it down gently. Did I have too much or too little frosting?? These are so cute and creative! My only plans are to stay indoors out of the sweltering heat and humidity. After one week of a cruise to the Bahamas, I’m going to prep school. Haha, high school’s so much work. I love your cake pops! Those beach balls are simply precious! I reviewed your Cake Pops cookbook on my blog and you can read about it here: These were so cute, I had to make a batch right away! And they turned out great – thanks for the awesome inspiration! :)

How cute! My kids would love these cake balls. We are just trying to stay cool in southeast Texas. But my hubby and I were able to get away for a week (no kids!) to a resort in Utah…ah…it was great! This is a good consistency of cake to frosting. The mixture should be moist but shouldn’t feel wet. Once they are scooped you can easily roll them into a smooth ball. They deflate over time because the material they're composed of isn't fully air-tight, allowing some air to seep out. Over time, the valves used to inflate the ball leak some air. This can be as simple as not pumping it up hard enough, but sometimes holes may appear from other causes such as an impact. You should always avoid pumping a deflated ball, as this could lead to it becoming completely flat. These are amazing! I’m having a Summer-Party with a few friends this weekend, and these are utterly perfekt! Thank you so much for posting this Incredible idea!!! Can’t wait to try it out =D Oh, they look so good and taste even better. A truly amazing suggestion. Loved the suggestion. Thanks a lot!!

I remember when these first came out and I made them! They were super cute. I remember my colors being different as I was matching a party theme. Everyone loved them, as they do all your cake pops! Much love from France.
