The fact that all the characters aren't what the reader thinks adds some more to this psychological thriller. A great story which I can definitely recommend.I loved the way Sue Watson unravels family dynamics in this book. Brilliant portrayal of the characters and the way interaction changes are shown by opening up new sides of each character. Overall an absolutely heart racing, nail biting, unputdownable psychological thriller with a bomb shell you will not see coming!!! As usual Sue Watson got me with all her twists...seriously I did manage to figure one out...but they kept coming and coming...Just when I thought we were done with the twists...well let's just say it was very well played....... Clare and Dan plus their 3 young children are spending a summer with Dan's parents and his younger brother, Jamie.
