So many inconsistencies that made no sense. The heroine is apparently still in Med School (in NY) but currently in an a "cardiology internship" (in LA). Cause ya know, the author didn't research and that's not how it works. Anyway, this cardiology internship is totally treated as a 9 to 5 job in the book, with zero late nights or long shifts at all (I know my doctor friends as laughing right now).
