About this deal

Darker and Edgier: Than the original Shattered Glass continuity - for one thing, the war between the Autobots and Decepticons lead to the extinction of the entire human race. He and Alpha Trion discussed their plot to assassinate both faction leaders as the final step in their paths of personal conquest, with Trion's agent going after Megatron while Rodimus's agents took down Optimus Prime. Rodimus concluded the conversation by saying that once Prime and Megatron were out of the way, Trion would be free to rule Cybertron, while Rodimus would have complete control over Earth. Reunification: Part 3 TFSource, Entertainment Earth, Big Bad Toy Store, Robot Kingdom, The Chosen Prime, Toy Dojo, Ages Three and Up, Dorkside Toys The Terminus Blade was fully recharged by the opposing relic, granting Ultra Magnus tremendous power and dimension-carving abilities. He gloried in his power for only a short time, however, before the arrival of Nexus Prime. One of the Thirteen original Primes, Nexus bound the Origin Matrix to the other pieces of the shattered Star Saber, reassembling Prima's great weapon. He literally disarmed Ultra Magnus to retrieve the Terminus Blade, claiming both Blade and Saber for himself. Ultra Magnus tried to flee from his opponent, but Nexus Prime cast open a dimensional warp, banishing Magnus to a dimension suitable for his imprisonment. After the assassination of Megatron, (of which Optimus learned about second-hand from Around Cybertron) Around Cybertron #6 Hound and Remote Patrol Six made their move, surrounding Optimus Prime and Ricochet as they discussed Megatron's death, intending to kill Optimus and install Rodimus in his place as Prime. Hound's rally cries failed to impress Optimus, and the Autobot leader proceeded to use Ricochet as a living shield against a blast from Warpath's chest-mounted cannon, before crushing Kup's head with his bare hands, destroying Warpath's chest cannon, taking out Hound by flinging Warpath into him, and cannon-blasting Camshaft in the head. For 2015, the line was given another subline imprint titled Transformers Generations: Combiner Wars, which saw Deluxe, Voyager, and some Legends figures able to form combiner robots. The format for Legends Class was changed once again, dropping the small partner figures of the Thrilling 30 line. Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: Despite Flareup's defection to the Decepticons and renaming as Flamewar, primarily to save herself from aiding Ultra Magnus's failed coup attempt, Slipstream prefers to keep her at a distance.

This mold was also used to make BotCon 2015 Galva Convoy. This toy also officially doubles as Generation 1 Nova Prime. No One Could Survive That!: Averted. After Blurr is melted by the volcano, Starscream stays with his body all night to make sure he's dead before leaving. Beginning after the conclusion of the War for Cybertron Trilogy toyline, Transformers Generations: Legacy (aka Transformers: Legacy) features characters from across the wealth of different Transformers continuities, making it a celebration of the entire Transformers series, as opposed to the predominantly-" Generation 1" oriented character selection of the Generations line for the past 6 years. With Us or Against Us: As part of his sob story, Blurr claims that he doesn't really like or believe in the Autobot cause, but he has to wear the sigil because there's no such thing as a neutral. You're either an Autobot, or you're scrap. Slavery Is a Special Kind of Evil: The Quintessons are notorious for enslaving mechanoid races like the Cybertronians for their own benefit.

This toy was repurposed as an Angolmois-corrupted form of Generation 1 Ratchet in Generations Selects Special Comic. Self-Imposed Exile: Where Megatron is when we first find him, he was defeated in combat by Optimus and believes this is what led to the Autobot victory and thus he's no longer fit to lead.

Defector from Decadence: Two members of Strika's team, Flamewar (formerly Flareup) and Brainstorm defected from the Autobots-the former after her part in Ultra Magnus's attempt on Optimus's life came out, the latter after he was left behind by his fellow Autobots when they retreated from their base.
