For the week of October 24th, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment will release Nope on Blu-ray and 4K UHD. There’s a deeper message in the film as well, mainly dealing with family and its ties but also somewhat of a tribute to African-American cinema and some of the influences that are felt today. Without giving too much away, I’ll say that an incident on a family-oriented sit com went incredibly wrong.Its protagonists are every bit as fascinating as they are funny and refreshing, thanks to terrific performances by Kaluuya, Palmer, and Yeun. Along with a former child star turned family theme park ringmaster (Steven Yeun) who neighbors the siblings, the pair’s efforts to chase the spectacle soon bring terrifying consequences and unimaginable horror. are keen and crisp; while landscapes and vistas are magnificent; the shrubland, mountains and vegetation is awesome, while the clouds in the skies are beautiful.
