The cards small amazing too! Yes, a bit weird I know, but trust me. Gloom has the best smelling cards of any game! Why Gloom is a great board game for HalloweenHorror games aren't for everyone, but in this game, horror creates a great environment for cooperative play. In Ghost Stories, a team of 1-4 people play the role of Taoist priests who must protect their village from a swarm of evil ghosts. Forbidden Desert is part of the Forbidden series. It was created by Gamewright in an attempt to develop quality games not just for kids, but for the whole family. All-in-all, if you are looking for something different to play where you can all be on the same team, then I’d say give Ghost Stories a shot. A word of caution though, the game is somewhat symbol dependent that can add to the learning curve. I won’t say it’s a gamer only game, but it’s probably slightly more advanced then you’d choose for a non-gamer friendly group. If you are looking for something that’s easier for non-gamers, I’d hit up Pandemic first. That being said, Ghost Stories is still a lot of fun for anyone that loves a challenge. We wanted The Abandoned Cabin to feel as much like an escape room as we could. We closed all the curtains, put some spooky music on, changed our LED colour changing bulb to a dim red light and told everyone they weren’t allowed to leave the room until we escaped! Gnomes at Night is more than just a game—it's a lesson in collaboration and communication. As players race against time, they learn the importance of clear directions and teamwork.
