About this deal

Some time later Kang reappears at Avengers Mansion seeking the "Celestial Madonna", who turns out to be Mantis, desiring to marry her as she is apparently destined to have a powerful child. The heroes are aided by a future version of Kang, who, tired of conquest, had returned to ancient Egypt and his identity of Rama-Tut, ruling benevolently for ten years before placing himself in suspended animation to revive in the 20th century, desiring to counsel and change his younger self. While Kang is successfully foiled, Rama-Tut is unable to prevent the accidental death of the Avenger the Swordsman. [24] During an adventure in Limbo, it is revealed that Immortus is the future incarnation of both Kang and Rama-Tut. [25] With over 80 years of entertainment history, Marvel has become a cornerstone of fan collections around the world. With the Marvel Legends Series, fan favorite Marvel Comic Universe and Marvel Cinematic Universe characters are designed with premium detail and articulation for top-of-the-line poseable and displayable collectibles.

Kang appears in modern-day as he attempts to retrieve a rogue Growing Man construct who is growing larger with every blow. Both Thor and the police are not able to subdue the giant, until Kang appears from a time machine disguised as a boulder. He fires a ray, shrinking and subduing the Growing Man to doll-sized so he can be "re-hidden". [19] He later reactivates the Growing Man to kidnap an incapacitated Tony Stark and draw the Avengers into his game, though the purpose is not revealed. Thor fails to keep Kang from escaping into the time-stream. [20] The energy wings are not my favorite look for this character, but I think we all knew this was coming when we got that Spider-Man Legends Vulture figure last winter. Even so, I love Falcon and this is a costume I don’t have an action figure of him wearing–so it’s a “buy” for me. Hop into the Marvel Unlimited time machine to learn all about the time-misplaced menace known as Kang the Conqueror! Who is he, what are his abilities, exactly how many Kangs are there, and, most importantly, when is he? Try to keep up, there’s no time to waste. I wasn’t sure exactly what Hasbro might be revealing during today’s inaugural PulseCon, but I had high hopes that we’d see at least a few new 6″ scale figures (as we traditionally do during New York Comic Con week each year).A divergent version of Kang establishes a small, quiet town called Timely, Wisconsin in 1901 to serve as a 20th-century base, where he occasionally resides as Mayor Victor Timely. Posing as his own son Victor Timely Jr., he develops an interest in a visiting college graduate named Phineas Horton, providing the young man with insights which eventually led to his creating the original Human Torch. [53] Scarlet Centurion [ edit ] These actions lead to Kang's discovery of more realities, as well as the organized Council of Kangs, a whole governing body of Kangs. This then leads to the Council of Cross-Time Kangs ... and we'll leave this all there.

Some say that the Nathaniel Richards of Earth-6311 is a descendent of The Benefactor, through Reed Richards, aka Mr. Fantastic, the leader of the Fantastic Four. Others say he's a descendent of Dr. Doom. This is all enough to lead to an identity crisis. It was as Kid Immortus that Kang crosses paths with one of Loki's characters: Ravonna (Ravonna Renslayer in the Loki show). She showed Immortus that one of the possibilities for his future included working with Dr. Doom and the villian Annihilus — and the trio would triumph over the Fantastic Four. That result wasn't coming soon enough, and so Ravonna and Kid Immortus time-traveled to work with Dr. Doom and kill the Fantastic Four sooner. Bring the excitement and wonder of the Marvel Universe to your collection with action figures from the Hasbro Marvel Legends Series! (Additional products each sold separately. Subject to availability.) This Marvel Legends Avengers GamerVerse Series 2 Kang figure is a 100% new sculpt, complete with sculpted lines running down the legs and a very cool ruffled tunic. I wonder what other characters Hasbro can use this new tooling for? Hmmmm…Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania - This Kang the Conqueror action figure is inspired by the character’s appearance in Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania and makes a great addition to any Marvel Legends action figures collection. Fantastic Four #273 (December 1984) heavily implied that Kang was not descended from Doom, but from Reed Richards' father Nathaniel, via one of Reed's many half-siblings. Building on this, Kang's birth name was revealed to also be "Nathaniel Richards" in What If…? Vol. 2 #39 (July 1992), a fact later incorporated into the primary continuity of the Marvel Universe. However, subsequent publications, such as Avengers Forever #9 (August 1999) and Doctor Doom #6 (March 2020), have continued to present Kang's ancestry as ambiguous, suggesting he may descended from one, both, or neither of the two men, in particular Kristoff Vernard: Doom's adoptive son and a half-sibling of Reed. [7] Fictional character biography [ edit ] Pre-Kang [ edit ] This figure includes at least one Build-A-Figure piece. Collect all the figures to assemble an additional figure Let's count 'em out. There's the first Kang from Other-Earth—we'll call him Kang Prime. There's his far-future self, the all-knowing Immortus, who became obsessed with the Avengers after the Time-Keepers directed him to destroy Earth's Mightiest.
