About this deal

I went into this book because I knew what it was about and that it was spicy, but I really wasn’t expecting wholesomeness at all! First of all, this book is not for all peoples. The beauty of books like this is that the author is very transparent about the tropes and it’s 100% your choice to read them or not. Sometimes writers get so involved in the plot they can't see the wood for the trees. Hang on a sec'--that's a cliche and it's better to remove it.

There I said it! This woman knows how to write a story that will live rent free forever in your mind!

I really admire these two, their chemistry, their dynamic, their love. The age difference and the ex-boyfriend’s father elements created the right amount of prohibition and fear. I totally enjoyed how the couple navigated the dom/sub relationship. The story is fantastic, the characters are incredible, and the writing flows very well. Praise has the perfect blend of humor, swoon, spice, and love. I highly recommend you read it if you haven’t already! Love isn't shit. It's not worth a damn thing. But time, attention, priority... those things are real, and until a man gives you those, don't give him the time of day, beautiful.” Sara Cate is a USA Today bestselling author that lives in Arizona with her husband, dog, and kids. She enjoys baking in her free time. Good thing we got that boring stuff outta the way. This is my first Sara Cate book and by far one of my best reads of the year. I fell madly in love with Emerson and Charlie. I’m so glad it’s part of a series because I can’t get enough of this world. Avid Beta readers are not your editor or proof reader and don't expect them to do the grunt work. That's up to you. But they could have spotted a few fleas BEFORE you released the book and helped strengthen your story.

That’s how I stumbled across a new job with a boss who literally brings me to my knees. It makes me do things that a real secretary would never do. The praise and dad twist in this story are very good. If you like being called a good girl, you should grab it here. In fact, I could have used more good girl praise when I read this, but Sara had to make it believable for her to understand. All across the USA, people are showing up dead. The deaths don't appear to be connected in any way until one particular death occurs and gets the Secretary of Defense's attention. He arranges for a task force to investigate. Sara’s passion in life is to normalize a reading experience which pushes the boundaries and empowers women to own their sexuality. Things which trigger her soapbox rants are discrediting the romance industry or belittling all of its readers by calling it “trash”.

Lines get crossed, and rules are broken. While on the island, there is nobody to tell them it’s wrong. Zara knows that she must choose before she succeeds in ripping this family apart. However she does belong to both of them. One has her heart, while the other has her body.

She enjoys taking risks and writes her stories right from the heart. And she wants nothing more than to be an author that readers trust to give them books which are steamy yet with some well rounded characters and a strong storyline. Emerson is the ultimate alpha, protective, Strong and very caring. He was fascinated by Charlie from day one, beautiful, brave and outspoken. She didn’t mind the stigma attached to sexual fantasies and even began to explore them with him. Not wanting to ruin her relationship with Beau, he kept his distance from her, but with each passing day he grew more attracted to her. Charlie also fell hard and fast for Emerson. For the first time in a long time, she felt special, happy, and valued.
