Male character I did like at first, but for all his bravado and spite still just rolls over and accepts he's been treated like rubbish. While my series tend to be on the shorter end, if you want something to really sink your teeth into try Angela J. I know he was struck with grief and hate but the things that came out of that man's mouth were downright Demeaning at times. But her assassination attempt is thwarted, and Adrian threatens that if Isolde tries to kill him again, he will raise her as the undead. A Vow Of Hate is a heartfelt novel written with compassion and hope, reconciling the past to pave a road to happiness and second chances.With the populace starving, and barely surviving herself, Yzabel doesn't only need to end her curse - she must reverse it somehow. The characters are sensitively portrayed, as is their recovery, and the hopeful ending is realistic.

For those who love gritty, somewhat nasty mysteries with weird, and an exotic setting in one of the world’s most famous cities, this thriller mystery will satisfy. I loved the darkness of this book, the viciousness of the antihero, the taboo, and, of course, the high steam dosage.Moving on, the plot reminded me more of a Mexican telenovela rather than an angsty enemies-to-lovers romance. What saved the whole story is the fact that there are two pretty big twists in it that I didn’t see coming and loved. Set in Boston, with Troy, a thirsty-for-revenge, morally gray Irish mafia boss that bows to no one…except for the one woman he thought he hated. Now, as I’ve written an entire series in the trope, I read and enjoy many by other awesome authors, too.
