If this supplement review was based solely on taste and effectiveness, Maximuscle Cyclone would easily get a 5/5. Protein is one of the key macronutrients our body needs to help promote muscle growth and repair so if you are looking to build or even maintain muscle you should at the very least have a good idea of how much protein you are fuelling your body with on a daily basis.
