I love how the author is able to make the reader feel the conflicted emotion Talongets throughout the book. Since the paranormal genre was so over-saturated, it’s hard for them to feel original, but the plot of Crave has enough going for it to make it stand out among the rest. When he gets a look at his sister's friend, he knows there is something different about his attraction to her.

And Talon was "abrading the anterior of [her] pussy [with his fingers]" at one point (that is a direct quote). The chemistry between the two was clear from the start and the passionate sex scenes- well, what can I say? And Talon waxes hot and cold when it comes to Jade - he can't stop craving her, and then he's pushing her away.When I finally realized that the agony coursing through me was actually laced with relief, I needed a change. What was Talon's childhood secret that it seemed that he was always struggling so hard with especially when he was with Jade? The two characters work together well too but I found myself feeling like there was some connection missing between them.

The city is nearly always referred to as just plain Junction by anyone who lives close by, and I can always point out the n00bs who refer to Junction as anything other than, well, Junction. And speaking of repetition you will never be allowed to forget that Talon doesn't want anyone to get close to him because he has walls and no one can break down those walls because those walls are never coming down because walls are meant to keep people out and stuff because walls. So many feels throughout this book for Talon as he confronts his past and we learn about his history! He was an ass for the most part, and I would have liked to have seen him have a soft side to him somewhere.He screams at her, belittles her, at one point grabs her hard enough to bruise her (in response Jade claims that it's fine because she loves him which is plain MESSED UP), and in general relentlessly just treats her like shit.
