Initially, it's all very exciting and remarkable, but Lewis' gung-ho writing style (all the Brits are just jolly good lads) wears thin. During a decade spent reporting from around the world Lewis lived in deserts, rainforests, jungles and chaotic third world cities. It is worth noting that, when concerning perfect scenes in Band of Brothers, it is nigh on impossible to narrow it down to a select number. The courage needed to face the founding of the SAS and their role in helping to secure France plus their pursuits of the Gestapo.
