I kept hoping I’d read something of substance and useful but it was a shocking read, I couldn’t finish it in the end. The book was mediocre in my opinion, they were a lot of repeated points which most of these 'self improvement ' books tend to use often . when i rate non-fiction it’s more about the writing style and how they portray ideas in an interesting ways more than the content. Zum Abschluss möchte ich noch betonen, dass ich es überhaupt nicht schlimm finde, wenn andere das Buch mögen. Auch das Kapitel mit der Liebe wird sicher vielen Leuten helfen, da ich selbst allerdings absolut glücklich in einer Beziehung bin, konnte ich damit nicht wirklich etwas anfangen. Zum einen sagt sie, unsere Gedanken sind völlig egal, auf der anderen Seite sind unserer Gedanken mächtig und gestalten unsere Zukunft.
