About this deal

Nagash does return however he took another points hike pushing him up to 975 pts. His warscroll is identical to the Ossiarch Bonereapers one, although a special rule allows him to gain the Soulblight Gravelords keyword, and he does know all 13 spells in the disciple. Is this worth a 95 point price hike? Probably not. He was already suffering as it stood and I’m not sure if all those spells are worth it. It may depend if everything goes up in price in 3rd edition Age of Sigmar, similar to how the new edition of Warhammer 40,000 worked. Some useful command traits options include Soul-Crushing Contempt, which gives -1 Bravery when within 3″ of the General, pairing well with Immortal Majesty. Premeditated Violence gives exploding 6s, which is always handy, though its probably going to compete with Walking Death which causes damage to convert to mortal wounds on 6s to wound! A hideous transformation turned him into a hybrid monster that ravages the landscape with unfettered rage. Hardly the skilled warrior he once was, tearing and clawing are all he knows now. We are a small team of Warhammer Enthusiasts and miniature collectors, hoping to support and further promote the hobby.

Vampire Lord - Wahapedia Vampire Lord - Wahapedia

The upcoming battletome details several vampiric bloodlines, each with their own history and culture. The ancient beings that lead them are some of the strongest beings in all the Mortal Realms. Lauka Vai, the Mother of Nightmares Naturally, we got no hints as to when (or in what configurations) any of these bloodthirsty beauties will actually be available. Some of them, at least, can be expected to drop with the Soulblight Gravelords Battletome, but, since we’ve no release schedule for that either, vamp fans will have to wait for now. Perhaps the rest of Warhammer Fest’s reveal schedule may provide.

Legion of Blood

Grave Guard are a big winner for a returning unit, with some shuffling of profile bonuses and tidying up of warscroll rules effectively resulting in two flavours of GG: Punch very hard, or punch slightly less hard but be very tough for their cost. The double damage on 6s to wound has changed over to a flat MW in addition, and the Great Wight Blades now deal flat 2 damage. This is a classic example of a great warscroll in a vacuum, but also one that scales very well with buffs. Despite not receiving a model update with this tome, I fully expect we will see a lot of Grave Guard in the future, as they’ve managed to stay at the same price point but get even tougher and punchier in the process. A super-tall, visually incredible sculpt, this lady is going to be in high demand for Soulblight armies. In a welcome twist, the kit can also be constructed as a generic, non-named-character variant, the Vengorian Lord, which in itself looks pretty ace. You can also build this incredible kit as a mighty Vengorian Lord, a new Leader option for the Soulblight Gravelords.

Radukar the Beast (2019 Edition) - Noble Knight Games

Our goal is to build upon and consolidate the great work already being done by other community members across various forums, reddit threads, and hobby blogs, and bring together a comprehensive library of all these useful Build Instruction booklets. Embodying the true nature of all Soulblight vampires, these transformed lords revel in self-loathing. Vengorian Lords are powerful warriors and wizards – fighting at the head of Soulblight Gravelords armies from every dynasty. Looking at the new models, Lauka Vai is simply spectacular – hideous, and disturbing, and yet full of alluring, debonair charm that only vampires can exude, she’s about as sexy a creature as you’re likely to find, that’s essentially a human torso protruding from a ghoulish, distended bat-body.

Leaders

It won’t contend with hyper efficient WAAC lists but in a ‘friends-on’ environment they are a lot of fun. You can learn all about this returning deity in Broken Realms: Kragnos, which will finish out the series with a bang. Saving one of the best till last here in the Necromancer. Armed with his trusty staff, Deadwalker wound sponge in Undead Minions and Vanhel’s Danse Macabre you’ve got yourself a model which will appear in a lot of lists. Vanhel’s Danse Macabre being cast on a 6 means it won’t always go off but you’ll be casting it nearly every turn and it lasts until your next hero phase so you can use it with the Skeletons mentioned later to try and pre-empt the enemy coming in and regen more than you otherwise might think you’ll be able to. But she’s no willing servant. A begrudging follower of Nagash, she’s always looking to usurp his godly powers, and position herself as the single ruler of Death. The Soulblight curse forever compels her loyalty to the Supreme Lord of Undeath, and ensures her attempts to break free from his thrall are doomed to failure. Taking a portion of Shyish for herself, she’s built an empire that follows her will, replete with a devoted population to do her bidding. Blood Knights are the next fan favourite. Elite cavalry adept at swift movement and charging enemy flanks, they’ll sit nicely in any Soulblight army, and will be relied upon to deliver the hard-hitting punches. The Kastelai Dynasty makes particularly effective use of them, fielding the knights as battleline units and boosting their damage against Hero and Monster targets.
