You honored your role. Thank you.” It is obvious the author loves what she does as well as her clients. She & they have had incredible experiences. Her beliefs fit right in with mine so none of this was new to me & I have watched all the medium shows on TV. I didn't have the type of family relationships she talks about so I was hoping there would be more about spirit guide communication but I guess the same can be applied to them. I read or heard long ago that we shouldn't ask for a specific sign because they considered it testing or playing games & didn't like it but she & her clients have had good success & it seems like a good idea to me. This book will be comforting & probably life changing to whom these ideas are new.

This book was just what I needed. So if you are wanting to open your mind to the possibilities of messages from the other side, read this book. It was a life changing read for me, and I am glad I took the chance. There’s claircognizance, an absolute knowing in your bones and you can’t explain how you know it. The claircognizant signs just might be your guides, your loved ones, or god sending you energy that you need to do something. And a lot of times that will be counterintuitive. It wouldn’t make sense for you to do a certain project from a business standpoint, but you know you need to do it. Because maybe it’s going to connect you with certain people or maybe it’s going to put you on a really important path. It might be that you’re living in an apartment and you just absolutely have the sense that you need to move in a few months. Where are you getting it from? You can’t explain it, it’s just a knowing that you have. When we honor those claircognizant messages, it leads us down the right path. The opening paragraph says that is no accident that this book came to me, I thought that was a strong message. Anyway, the author goes on to tell stories of people receiving signs from their loved ones when they asked. I wished fervently that my mom would send me a dragonfly again because I hadn’t seen one from her in a long time. April 2021: I re-read this book because it resonated with me so strongly that first time and I need some positivity and inspiration right now. Pandemic life has been hard on me, along with extra personal challenges I've faced recently. I feel isolated and less optimistic than usual. This book was a reminder that we are all connected, both here and on The Other Side. I feel inspired to ask The Universe for what I need and be open to guidance. What’s true in all the stories is that the signs themselves are often simple or ordinary things. They are things that exist in everyday life, and things we normally might not look at twice. A simple orange, for instance. But in choosing an ordinary object or phrase or song or number as our sign, we create a means of connection.

And she is partially right. But the book got clouded by this other stuff, by her and not her message. Also it just got plain ole repetitive. Do I need 1000 (exaggeration) stories of the same thing to get ur point? There’s a chapter about how to shine brightly where we learn about shifting our energy, gratitude, food, sleep, prayer, manifesting and how thoughts matter.

One of my signs that came to me happened a while ago, I saw a license plate that said “Miranda” which is the name of my great grandma who passed a few years ago. I never thought much of it but when Lynn said something along the lines of seeing someone’s name that you know somewhere (I think she did say a license plate?) was a sign it hit me! It’s my great grandma!! Everyday I’m surrounded by signs and I embrace them and thank my guides. Sometimes, we miss the signs when they come. I’ve done this. But I think there’s a constant knowing. We all get in wrestling matches with that monkey mind because that part of our brain is always on and it’s in charge of analytical thinking and critical thinking. It is very fact-based. I paused, trying to decide if I should share what I was getting. But since Maximo had opened the conversation, I felt it would be okay.

People come up to me at events to share their stories of connection. And it’s the same phrase every time: “I’ve never told this to anybody, but…” And then they’ll tell me the most magical stories about the communications that they’ve had. Often I think they’ve been afraid of being laughed at. Or they’re afraid to even embrace it themselves because they don’t want to feel foolish for having believed in something so magical. The book shares some of the inspirational stories about how people have received messages from the beyond. It's both heartwarming and inspirational just to think we are able to receive these messages if we are open and pay attention to 'the signs'. For example, you may remember a certain phrase a loved one was notorious for saying, and you may come across someone who mentions that phrase - this is one of the ways the universe is letting us know that a loved one is sending you a message.
