My little one loved the bassinet and now she’s in the stroller chair, I love the fact it can be parent / non parent facing too! It's very heavy and has to be dismantled to fold away. Other prams collapse with everything still attached.

We bought the Egg2 travel system. Our baby is 3 months old, so we arr using the pram part at the moment, which is lovely.Edit: it’s working. Thanks for the reply. I will increase the stars now that everything is working perfectly! It is rare that the handle does not fold, and the user is simply not twisting far enough. If the video does not help, please speak with your retailer and they can advise further.

I love the pram. It’s stylish, looks very comfortable, but I am upset it might be faulty. I really need to fix this or it won’t fit in my car and my baby is coming soon. We are sorry to hear that you have experienced a few issues with your egg stroller. We recommend all expectant parents test lots of brands out before choosing their stroller, as some will suit their lifestyle better than others. The stroller is incredibly uncomfortable for my son.
