To my nose there’s neroli, (bitter/dark chocolatey) orange, general citrus and - later in the drydown just the perfect amount of rosemary that sits in the background. Bright Neroli is a completely unisex fragrance that evokes nuanced, niche vibes, but is also a comforting feel-good scent. While certainly fresh with neroli, I would agree with some here this is not all that close to Tom Ford's Neroli Portofino on further examination. Starts off smelling fine, but quickly turns powdery-musky-floral in a way I can only describe as "an old woman's perfume".The performance is on the weak side, but with this dirt cheap fragrance, you can re-apply how many times you want throughout the day. NP has a much more Amber and Musk Mallow sensual base note while the vetiver in this gives it that typical masculine vibe. Sillage is pretty incredible and projection is pretty strong for the first couple hours indoors--will be curious to see how this performs in actual hot weather.
