Pulling the lens toward your lower lid can also help lift it off the surface of your eye.

Step 4. Using your index fingers on each hand, pinch your top eyelid and bottom eyelid together to pop out the lens. Step 2. Dry your hands with a clean, lint-free cloth or paper towel.
