Shelly Plus I4 AC & DC: http://A.B.C.D/ota?url=http://rojer.me/files/shelly/shelly-homekit-ShellyPlusI4.zip Note: The Shelly must have installed 0.10.0-beta3 or above to be flushed, please update first! The time in milliseconds it takes for the light to transition and turn on to its set brightess or to turn off completely. FADE RATE Your timezone and location will be autodetected, but you can manually change them from this setting by choosing a timezone from the drop-down menu and typing in your latitude and longitude. There is also a button Auto detect location, which will make the device automatically detect the location once again if it failed the previous time. DEVICE NAME

If you can’t find the CoIoT peer settings in the device’s web panel, it’s probably using an ancient firmware version, and you should update it to the current one. Auto on: After turning off, the relay output will be automatically turned on after a predefined time (in seconds). Connected Line/Hot to an L input on the Shelly (I don’t think it matters which of the three L inputs you use, but I chose the middle one). I will be buying dimming LED bulbs for all of my lights I was hoping to use the shelly dimmer module instead of buying a seperate LED driver with dimming if that still works.Shelly Plus 1: http://A.B.C.D/ota?url=http://rojer.me/files/shelly/shelly-homekit-ShellyPlus1.zip Note: The Shelly must have installed 0.10.0-beta3 or above to be flushed, please update first! I’ve been a fan of TP-Link (Kasa) smart home products for a while. They are inexpensive, allow local control, and work well. A couple of things happened recently that made me a little leery of TP-Link smart home products. First, at least for some European products, they announced they were removing local control of some smart home products. This makes them much harder to integrate with smart home hubs. After lots of complaints from customers, especially in the Home Assistant community, TP-Link offered a way to maintain local control. However, that makes them a little harder to trust going forward. Also, the Shelly Dimmer 2 is really small. Even smaller than the Shelly 1 relay. Shelly Dimmer 2 next to a quarter Shelly Dimmer 2 installation Reverse input - Invert the On/Off position, aka the device will consider the switch to be on when it is off and vice versa. Generation 1 “Shelly 4Pro” and “Shelly Sense” are not supported (devices based on old CoAP v1 protocol)

If the BUTTON TYPE of the switch connected to the device is set to momentary or detached switch, the integration creates an event entity for this switch. You can use this entity in your automations. Event entities (generation 2) Ran lines from the 2 Leviton switch outputs to the two Shelly Dimmer 2 switch inputs ( SW1 and SW2). Shelly Vintage: http://A.B.C.D/ota?url=http://rojer.me/files/shelly/shelly-homekit-ShellyVintage.zip Now, plug off your device. You will receive a message false indicating the device was disconnected abruptly. In case device name and channel names are not set, the entity name will be generated by the Device Type, Device ID and Channel Number. Shelly generation 2 devices running firmware 0.12 or later can act as a Bluetooth proxy for advertisements. Active or passive listening can be enabled in the options flow. Options

For battery-powered devices, the update platform entities only inform about the availability of firmware updates but are not able to trigger the update process. shellies/command which can be used to send a "broadcast" command to all devices on this MQTT exchange I decided to replace it. It controls the light fixture in my bathroom, which actually has dimmable lights, so I thought, why not replace it with a smart dimmer? As much as I’ve liked TP-Link products, I’ve loved Shelly products even more (for my garage, my fireplace, my light switches, flood sensor, smart switches, smart bulbs, etc.). Enter the Shelly Dimmer 2! Shelly Dimmer 2 specs and features I will be buying some Shelly bypasses for each circuit to be used on the ceiling rose with each shelly device (as per the diagrams for low load circuits) but will probably use one for each circuit regardless. Restore last: (Button and Switch) - Configure Shelly device to Restore the last mode it was in, when it has power. If Shelly devices are in a different subnet than the Home Assistant server, you should ensure communication on UDP port 5683 between these subnets. If Channel Name is set in the device, the integration will use it to generate the entities’ name, e.g. Kitchen Light just recieved this advice from scolmore on retractive switches can anyone translate this into more plain english if i am going to be using the shelly dimmer 2 module for all of my circuits?
