Whether I would have noticed the same toxicity in Neptune as a middle-grade reader I am not sure, but frankly I doubt that I would have seen it as so vile. My Way to Making Friends: Children's Book about Friendship, Inclusion and Social Skills (Kids Feelings) 0.

While it has an interesting premise--a lonely, middle school girl finds a magic notebook that makes her drawings literally come to life--the execution left something to be desired.

If she’d behaved differently then, maybe she’d have more friends now and wouldn’t be in this predicament. Pewnego dnia znajduje magiczny szkicownik, z którego wszystko, co narysuje, przedostaje się do świata rzeczywistego (ZACZAROWANY OŁÓWEK? Simple text effectively describes emotions, such as the warm glow Sukie experiences when people are nice, or the crinkly sense of embarrassment when her offer of friendship is rejected.
