I was particularly impressed by Zulfiya's self-awareness as she was recounting how her pronunciation had changed in her review after the course.She already sounded really British and natural but after completing the course she reached a new level of accuracy, confidence, and - crucially important for a coach - understanding of all the processes involved in pronunciation.
