About this deal

Infusion d'Iris Cedre smells more masculine than feminine on my skin, and oddly I prefer it this way. The buttery iris and smoky cedar notes pair well together and provide a somewhat soapy, powdery feel. In many ways, Infusion d'Iris Cedre smells more closely related to the masculine Infusion d'Homme than its female counterpart, Infusion d'Iris. From the beginning of my Infusion d'Iris, version 2015, I was missing that balmy, woody, smoky iris the original has, so I promised myself Iris Cèdre would be my next one. If you really pin point, Homme is slightly sweeter (tonka like sweetness but mild, maybe one of amber) and tiny little bit spicer but when pass 30 mins mark I barely notice anything difference. It almost entirely same scent. A timeless, crystalline, dry, powdery, heaven. My all time favourite fragrance. I couldn't quite fathom that I could have found my signature scent but I did. There is not much else to say. This is pure heaven. Infusion D'iris is truly unisex and almost ageless. For teens and younger twens it might be too calm and subtle in its beauty. I don't mean to discriminate against anyone for their age, but I feel Infusion D'iris has an introvert, introspective aesthetic that might not appeal to most very young people. This being said, I think Infusion D'iris was made to be worn by men, women and everyone inbetween from 25 to eternity. I honestly can not imagine many people who could not wear this agewise, except for if they cannot identify with the fragrance profile which is sophisticated and conservative in the best meaning of the word.

The opening notes give the woody notes, followed by the Parma violets. Although it explodes with a woody scent at first, the heart is floral and powdery. The wood becomes a gentle, demur violet in the dry down, making it pleasant. To get a good perfume similar to Prada, we have collected some Prada infusion d'iris dupes. Because these perfumes are affordable, anyone can enjoy the excellent cologne's mouthwatering aroma. So, look and select the best fit that matches your soul. Top 5 Prada Infusion D'iris Perfume Dupes Prada L'eau Ambree A royal scent that reflects your personality and is a game changer. It has a strong foundation of delicious vanilla and amber, which, combined with sandalwood, leather, and floral, is incredibly seductive. Warm amber and excellent, crisp Bergamot sandalwood. If you look at the top notes, it's a perfect mixture of peach gardenia and bergamot, which adds a fresh citrus note to the perfume, making it calming and attractive at first glance. As this is unfortunately discontinued I will cherish every moment wearing it but I won't make an effort to save it, I'd rather enjoy it, as I hope to do with the rest of my perfume collection. After all, 80ml of perfume (50+30 ;) ) will last me for a while - lol They offer excellent longevity and sillage. These dupes thus will do the job. The perfume will not run out as it stays on your skin for a good time while flaunting your shine and elegance as you captivate the people around you. Get Noticed by Wearing Prada Infusion d'Iris Clone PerfumesThere is also some combination in this eau that reminds me of public washrooms that leave a lingering scent of industrial disinfectant or cleaner. I swear it smells pretty much like this minus the sweet, a little less powder and woods. This is why I can't enjoy the perfume, I find it off putting, gross. That said, this high pitched chemical whine probably stops the resins from resembling incense and retaining the powdery effect.

Strong but warm and comforting, with longevity and needed sillage. You can tell when you smell it. Luxurious and seamless merging, outstandingly innovative with nearing perfection.I just notice that Prada fragrances are now transferred to L'oreal and they are now made in France. I always have a travel spray in my purse. I can't imagine offending anyone with it. As a perfume addict, having something this nice and politically correct with me for the emergencies is merciful to the rest of the population. Iris Poudre Parfum spray is one divinity closely following the aura and sense of the original maker, Prada infusion d'iris. The soft, cozy, and woodsy scent revolves around the particular note extracted from the Iris flower's roots. The Iris scent is calming, almost reminding you of those quiet, majestic days that bring warmth and joy. For many years I have enjoyed wearing Infusion de Vetiver, which started out as a masculine flanker, before being re-released in 2015 as a unisex fragrance, although the composition had barely been altered. The feminine offerings from this Infusion line have not appealed to me in the slightest, and have been boring for the most part. I am pleased that the richer, more masculine offerings centred around wood notes have kept me entertained.

Perfect for every day, work, even healthcare workers. This is something I wear when I go to the dentist, he is too nice to complain. This cologne is ideal for gifting as it has excellent sillage and endurance. In addition, it is a scent that will help you feel better about yourself, grow, and be more self-assured. Pierre Bourdon Iris Poudre Parfum Spray An essence that revolves around the magical Iris. also a tad too old fashioned perhaps... the velour powder puff association doesn't leave my head either. A brand new puff that still has the new car smell, smothered in various scented powders. Infusion D'iris starts off with what its name promises: a cloud of fairly dry (although not the dryest of dry, I will give that crown to Chanel No. 19) iris that is bedded on pleasant, non-citric greens. I clearly smelled the galbanum, but there was something else that is hard to describe. I'm pretty sure it wasn't the neroli - in fact, I didn't get much of it on my skin. My guess is that maybe it was the mastic, because it had a pungent green quality that reminded me of juniper. When it was first released Prada made a variety of scented products - linen water, bar soaps, candle, bath salts, etc - which makes perfect sense as this smell is suited for use in every form.I haven't own one until it was discontinued. It's my biggest regreat after I starts collecting perfume. There you have it. They took the Vetiver out from the Infusion d`Homme and named it Infusion d'Iris Cèdre. The last one is much more feminine than Infusion d`Homme. The Iris is much more stronger and sweet. Not Le male or 1 Million sweetness. More like a classic flower fragrance for ladies. My mum used to have something extremely similar in the early 90s. Just bought one bottle of this from John Lewis. I love Prada's soapy fragrances. One of my favourite is Prada Amber Pour Homme. Is just soapy clean. Even if I own more than 60 bottles, and some of them are regarded as gems by the connoisseurs (I only consider myself one amateur in the fragrance world) Prada Amber pour Homme is the one that I use the most. Smells expensive-clean in a good way. Is what I wear if I want to feel comfortable. So I decided to try Prada's new Infusion d'Iris Cèdre.

It’s the smell of a clean body - when you get out of the shower after you’ve washed yourself with expensive soaps, shampoos and conditioners and then apply luxurious body creams. Anyway--it's pretty linear, and while I like it alot, not too exciting. Think of d'Iris but with a splash of vanilla on the bottom, and a bit more incense added to the powdery aspects. It is also a bit more woody, and all together the ingredients are of a darker variety--there seem to be no florals except for a hint of the iris, which despite the pyramid I don't find to be prominient. Mostly I smell mastic/resins, powder, vanilla, wood, musk, and an abstract iris, which in sum add up to a dark character. I can never resist a good iris-forward scent, and Prada is one of the better designer brands for perfume. I have a miniature of the original Infusion d'Iris from 2007, and wanted to compare it to this new version. However, neither come close to being the definitive iris for me (that will always be Iris Silver Mist, a very different scent). II is initially strong and heady, even slightly cloying, before fading fast. II 2007 was soft throughout, resembling baby powder, despite also having an orange opening. This lasts for a good four or five hours. After that the scent is more tolerable, even pretty, but I just can't tough out the long middle part of the dry down. On the Infusion d`Homme bottle you will find Neroli de Tunisie, Irris Pallida, Bois de Cedre, VETIVER, Encens de Somalie and Benjoin du Laos. Base notes give the whole formulation a scent, depth, and substance. A combination of cedar, amber, and vetiver supports and strengthens the upper and middle notes. It provides a captivating conclusion to a pleasant voyage. The fragrance is a replica of Prada Infusion d'iris and is reasonably priced. Infusion d'Iris is a breath of very expensive smelling fresh air, in a mass market saturated with sweet patchouli candied sillage bombs.
