Underlying cardiovascular disease: In stable cardiovascular disease this product presents a lesser hazard than continuing to smoke. About Nicorette

Progressive severity of renal impairment is associated with decreased total clearance of nicotine. Nicotine clearance was on average decreased by 50%, in subjects with severe renal impairment.
